Agolin: Ruminant, performance and environment in one

Cattle are the main source of greenhouse gas emissions, emitting up to 5 gigatonnes of CO2 equivalent. Fermentation in the rumen alone is responsible for around 43% or 2.1 gigatonnes of CO2 equivalent of these emissions.
